Description: I remember years ago when one could walk all around this facility, look through the windows and just have complete freedom on the grounds. Now for the past few years its been totally fenced off going through some massive changes. They say the Exterior will remain and most of the historic interior aswell but underground is where the real changes are being made. Its being outfitted with new filtration methods and technology.

Such a cool building. Wish i could get closer. This is a shot through a crack in the fence one morning in the fall.
